A new award for KYMA Project!

“Moments like these give us strength to keep moving forward “

On Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at the Bodossakis foundation , we celebrated the completion of the 4th round of the Social Dynamo Hospitality and Empowerment program.

Social Dynamo inaugurated a new institution!  At the end of each  cycle one of the hosted NGOs will receive an award.
The purpose of this new institution is to reward the improvement of the host teams, as well as to encourage their future.
The KYMA Project team received the first award for this year’s cycle and we couldn’t be more excited.

This award will help us invest in communication tools targeted at people with sensory disabilities. The aim of these tools is to inform and involve more people with vision or hearing impairments  in our activities.
At the same time, we will invest in trainings for trainers in order to spread inclusive practices and increase the number of trainers that  take on of mixed classes.

Apart from the opportunities that the award gives us, through the Social Dynamo hosting , we gained access to tools, infrastructure and most importantly to people who helped us grow. The most important thing in the Social Dynamo community is that the teams support each other and work together to overcome difficulties.
Coexisting with groups with such important work can’t help but inspire you!
We would like to congratulate all the teams that try to make the world a better place and to thank Social Dynamo and the Bodossaki Foundation for their substantial support!
We hope they continue to embrace such initiatives for years to come !
